No, not at all.
While the majority of our practice has been working with men and exploring masculinity we have also worked with women and the LGBTQ2+ community.
If you identify as anything other than male then we would give the same advice to anyone else: “Therapists are like hair dressers… you have to find the right fit”. Consider booking a free consultation to see if we are the right fit for you.
You’re welcome to talk about whatever you feel would be helpful to discuss and explore. Some common things that people bring to session include: relationship struggles, childhood trauma, facing insecurities, exploring healthy masculinity, and bettering the relationships they have with their children to name a few.
All of our therapists are fully licensed and are covered by many health insurance companies. The only exception is if you are working with one or out practicum students. If your health plan covers social workers or psychotherapists then we will be able to provide you with receipts*

Regular physical activity can improve mood, reduce anxiety, and enhance mental well-being. Incorporating exercises like walking, yoga, or stretching into your routine can help manage stress.

Positive social connections play a vital role in mental health. Maintaining relationships with friends, family, or support groups helps combat loneliness and fosters emotional resilience.

Quality sleep is essential for mental health. Developing healthy sleep habits, such as creating a calming bedtime routine, limiting screen time, and managing stress, can improve mood and energy.
